Week Review Blog (Week 5)
This week have begin the my struggle for finding a better schedule that would allow me time to myself as well as enough time for homework and studying time for school. Monday was the first day I used my schedule journal, which will act similar to my assignment book, but must bigger to write more notes and tasks I need to do each day. Onto my days, Monday was a good day with only a few minor situations that made me felt a little stress, but I felt that I overcame both situations. The situation was simply two tests and an assignment for my Drivers' Instruction class that I study only a little for because of my laziness. Monday was also the first day of spirit week! Monday was Pajama Day and I forgot my pajama pants, which made me felt a little out of place with the many students who was walking with their pajamas on. Tuesday was the best day out of the five school days as I learnt how to finally not panic and try to solve the problem. On Tuesday, I finished my sign before my first class and realizing that I now understand the difference between of completing an assignment normally and completing an assignment in flying colors. I would have turn in my sign only white and black if I had not made this realization, so I color the sign yellow to complete the sign. When I enter my P.E class, many of my classmates had signs having similar lengths and width I do, another concern I had. I also found out on Tuesday that I had a C in English and a sixty-two on a binder check for Piano; I settled both matters on the same day. In addition of finding out my mistake for the binder check, I learn how to play the G, D and A scales for piano. Wednesday was Way Back Wednesday in which I took a 2000's look to have a little school spirit for the week, but no one pointed out the era of my clothes. Wednesday was not eventful, a fairly normal day really. Thursday is the worse of the five days as I failed my Spanish oral presentation 3rd period. The assignment was to tell the class in Spanish the number of clubs you are in, if you are in any sports team and what do you do as a hobby in 45 seconds. I only was able to tell the class that I was in three clubs and that I was occupy with the ACS club to go to the other two clubs. It was very embarrassing. The rest of the day went fine, and I calm down about the failure by 5th period. Not that I was visually upset or raging, I was just a bit crushed inside and calm down by 5th period. Friday was Pep Rally and Homecoming Game day, which I wore a orange flower shirt instead of my school shirt, again felt left out. The Pep Rally was great and the rest of the day was great as well.
