Week Blog Review (Week 9)

Week Blog Review-Week 9

This week was filled with determinations,  stresses and overall strange for the last two school days of the week; the most typical definition for an week expect for the strange part. Monday was determination days as I finally reworked my schedule to have designate proper study and homework time, but also me time to myself to relax at home. Monday was my favorite day out of the school days of the week as I was reminded some of the cartoons I watched when I was younger. I was taking a piano quiz for tempo and dynamics, which I believed that I passed with flying colors. The cartoons that flashed in my mind as I took the test was the Little Einsteins and Courage the Cowardly Dog, but mostly the Little Einsteins. Basically, the Little Einsteins is a show about five kids that goes on musical adventures in their magical rocket ship and teaches viewers about music.  Tuesday and Wednesday was the stressful days as I was stressed over how I did on my grade for tests I did in the previous week, which for the most part did well on. The only bad grade I receive on a test this week is my geometry test, which received a 75. However, it's a passing grade and therefore I didn't necessarily failed the test. my worries was relieved when I went to the counselor's office on Wednesday during my lunch period and talked to the counselor about the problems I had. The best part about meeting the counselor was I was given a sheet of all the service learning hours I had earn thus far, which is 26 hours. I was very glad when I learned that I had 26 service learning hours as I had stressed over before the meeting about how to find how many service learning hours I had earn to make sure I surpass the required 20 hours for sophomore. Thursday was an intersecting and good day as it was an half-day for my school and I met one of my friends that I haven't seen for a month. We chatted on the bus about our classes, tests and assignments we had so far, it felt so nice to be able to talk to a fellow student who share similar issues or assignments in their life. I also informed her a bit about the book she will be reading for her class soon, which she said was the Odyssey. Today was the strange day I took a full eye-exam which took a total of 2 hours, a full two class period and half-a-class period. I didn't mind as I was finally getting a new pair of glasses that would have the right amount of medicine in each eye, as my current pair don't have the correct amount of medicine in each other. After the eye-exam and vision testing, I went to 6th period and almost made it to the top 5 of the current events kahoot. I was so close! I mess up the last question about the company who owned Candy Crush was selling away the game or something of that manner. The rest of the day was average.
